The first time we wanted something different And it was my husband had some kind of burger and then we shared fried Green tomatoes for the App was very good I had never had any I thought they were going to be bad. I had fried apples and bread pudding mini waffles I had never had bread pudding before and I expected this to be so sweet when I saw it but it was delicious.
We almost decided to go somewhere else cause there was a wait and no hostess, then I saw the sign 'sign yourself in' and they were turning tables as fast as they could. The vibes are definitely 'moms kitchen' and it kind of feels like you are in a family home. Due to my husband's alpha gal food allergy and their menu, we almost thought there wasn't anything good for him to eat.. Behold their smoked Gouda chicken omelette!! I opted for the Calamity Jane and though the gravy wasn't what I'm used to, my taste buds were happy. Then there was our server who had some knowledge of my husband's allergy and even educated us a little about it! So glad we decided to hang around and wait for our table this morning!!
Passing through Paducah and found this great breakfast place. Went away from my typical breakfast order because the Golden Egg dish (listed as a specialty) looked very unique. Not sure they would be for everyone, but I absloutely Loved them! My wife’s breakfast was very good as well, and Amber, our hostess/waitress, was delightful….super friendly, helpful, and a big smile! We stopped in from out of town and were pleasantly surprised by the food and excellent service. The bread pudding waffles were absolutely delicious, and Pam was a joy!
I ordered a dressing waffle plate and it’s amazing.The meat was tender and mashed potatoes and gravy were on point. Food was hot upon arrival. The owner was charming and polite and had great customer service skills. Great for the holidays and a lot of food will fill you up!!😍
Awesome spot for a leisurely breakfast. Not many tables so there can be a bit of a wait but totally worth it. Loved the biscuits and gravy. The bread pudding waffles were da bomb! NO SURYP!!! TOP THEM WITH THE SWEET BUTTER AND ENJOY!!!
First of all, A rating right on the door, loved that! That wasn’t even the best part, THE FOOD!!! French Toast and Bread Pudding Waffles was worthy of murdering for the recipe! The rest of the food was so good as well, actual bacon and eggs. Their lunch menu, those wraps were wrapalicious!! So good came back 2 more times within 2 days and I live in Florida! That’s all I got to say let your taste buds prove me right.
We came from out of town and stopped at this place for breakfast. The food was amazing! The service was exceptional! The pudding waffles were extremely delicious! Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely come back if we come through this area :-)
This has become part of our holiday shopping tradition & we love it. The food is always good, make sure you have the bread pudding waffles! The staff is fabulous, the chef even brought a bottle of sauce out & recommended our son try it on the omelet that he ordered. He loved it & was so thankful for the suggestion.
